Had to use something similar before for shadowgaps and reveals around doors and in builds with no skirting but not many people like to pay the extra nowadays

I did a whole house with that bead the year before last. It was everywhere, at every door lining, above skirting, around every window and sill. The bead alone was over a grand for 1 house. Mental money. Looked the bollocks though. Mine was made by Lafarge though.

Thats very kind of you sir! I sent you a pm but not sure if it worked somehow. I'm needing 9m so if they come in 3m lengths then, erm, 3 please!

Just a suggestion as you are obviously going to send these beads.
Tell the courier company that they are under 3m in length, as I believe that anything over 3m is charged at pallet rate.

Ha Ha I like that one

You may need a differant type of screw as any normal dry wall screw the head will remain proud, unless you can pre counter sink the trim.

We also apply a scim tape as the do tend to crack around doors.

yeah i saw from one of the images on Mik Mpd 's link the taper was using fiba tape, but they advised using paper tape instead? I'll keep an open mind on that for now.
Cheers

We stapled the trim on with 14mm staples and scrimmed it too. The lip on the trim is very shallow, probably only 1-1.5mm deep, which doesn't leave much room for your gear.

Thanks Tony. The joiners say its them that fixes the trim but I'll mention about staples cos this lot would butcher it with 6" nails if they could get away with it

The Nails will be OK if they remember to bend the heads over !!
