Not sure if this is a replacement for the old 'more' yellow box Gyproc tape that went oh so pear shaped over the last year? I bought 2 boxes yesterday, and as well as being 3 metres shorter, half the weight and 20% more expensive Im really not that impressed with the 10 metres I tried.

On closer inspection its actually made in France and resold with a new sticker.

On the plus side, you could probably ditch those tin snips and just use scissors now...

Must admit its a bit thin not the same as the good old stuff but its straight as an arrow, leaves a nice corner..

Not used the Gyproc flex since I managed to pick up 50 rolls on ebay for peanuts about 2 years ago!
have been using the Wondertex 'Ultralight' flex tape since and it's good stuff! price is good at 7.80 a roll.

I'm using wondertex flex tape myself, great value for money and the metals a lot thicker than bg stuff nowadays.
