Thanks to the 2 members who wish to remain anonymous, and for their permission to showcase some of their work photos on the forum Facebook page here;

http://www.facebook.com/pages/Taping-and-Jointing-Drywall-Forums/119842548065332

Has anyone got any more to publish for folks worldwide on social networking? Its really just a bit of harmless fun that draws attention especially from non English speaking users. If you're interested, please PM me.

So do you want us to post pictures of our work on here

Yup, they can be published here or on Facebook. Its your call.

For publication on the forum I would appreciate them being resized to no more than 600 pixels wide and hosted elsewhere on a site like Photobucket, Imageshack, Flickr, Tinypic and so on and linked to them from here (thats what I do). For Facebook, send them over in an email and I will drip feed them.

You have my email address if you need any more info on how to do this, thanks man!

Don't know if you were still looking for pics for FB but if so here are some of our column covers - in our shop and installed in an insurance building in Chicago. We put a flat on the ends of the two 18 degree halves to make it easy to hide the tape when finishing so it's easier to get a perfect round.

I rarely use Facebook these days because nobody was uploading any photo's. Your stuff is cool but your links are broken, try and attach them again or link to a site such as ImageShack or Photobucket. I will be back on again in a few hours if you need any help. Just have some rush hour traffic to survive between now and then...

We just make the stuff somebody else does all the hard work installing it - the columns were installed by a company called Thorne out of Chicago. We rarely do the hard work of actually installing it. The only exception was that fifty foot ceiling rose on the other thread and the only reason we ended up installing that one was because the pieces didn't quite fit :( and it was easier to spend all weekend taping and mudding to hide the bad fit than get killed by the GC when he saw it.

This fine specimen was donated tonight by forum member Damien Devine on Facebook. Taking into account that the boarders havent wasted any cuttings and its been screwed more times than a Dutch hooker, I think the finished article is awesome.
