Something we done a couple of weekends back, started Friday 1pm and finished on Monday 10.30pm
I haven't got the starting photo, there was nothing in this corner except the front door

This office was built with 70mm metal stud, 15mm standard board on the inside, and 12.5 Fermacell board on the outside
We used 6x2 timber joists with 12mm OSB on top.
Inside was Taped, outside was Fermacell Fine Finish
External walls were dabbed with 25mm Thermal board

DIY Destroy it yourself, I can do that on my own without any help:D

No this job it seems was a try out to see what we were like/capable of, for some other bigger jobs he has in mind around the country.
We've been doing a lot of in and out jobs lately.

If you had used tapered edge fermacell boards you wouldn't have had to glue the joints and chisel it off before jointing.

Tony thats all they had in stock, and it was at very short notice, would of prefered TE, not impressed with the SE and the Fine Finish though, first time I've used it
