Just wondering if anyone can help me. I have a flex wse 500 and I'm trying to connect the hose to the bottom of it.

I have one of these but it fits into the bottom of the sander but falls straight out and the other end is the same width as the hose so their is no way possible that it connects.

The hose come with the sander so I am puzzled. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks again.

Theres a locking nut further down the page on that link you posted. Thats the connection I have. You should've got 1 when you bought/ hired your sander. Mines on hire from Speedtape

There should be another "locking ring" that would hold it in place

Yeah the locking ring fits inside the locking nut and holds the hose in place

Is the wse 500 connection from the sander to the hose different to the old model?

Thanks for your help.
