One of the reasons I'm out of the game now. I loved my old juice bottle crates, they did the job yet some prick with a clipboard says otherwise. My workmate broke his leg badly within one week after being forced to use foldable youngman type hop ups.

The yellow hop ups are in fact better than crates..

As as for fold away types, if it's that high I refuse it. Not worth the bother

Im 6 foot 1 so crates were perfect height, yet light enough to kick along the floor while both my hands were full. Doubling up as floor scraper knocking off any dried up snots. Result.

Lets see an image of the yellow one?

I'm also 6'1 and used beer crates for a good ten years, moaned like hell when they were taken away but these are far far better tbh..

Still using a crate, whenever elf and safety are about it goes in a cupboard, never been an issue

I don't have a crate and the modern alloy hop ups are not rated for my weight SWL. But my stilts are ;)
