Insulation

This stuff is infamous and definitely not the most comfortable material to work with so it makes sense to be covered from head to toe in protective overalls before it even comes out of the wrapper. Take care to tape up gloves onto long sleeves so there is no exposed skin, wear eye protection and keep your face covered.
