Well,,,,, In Canada, you bend them over, lift the dress, and away you go

But in Scotland, I guess you should peek under the dress 1st, never know what you might find under that dress/kilt

I forgot about this competition, sorry.

I will do the prize draw next weekend as we are busy tomorrow. It now closes on the 8th of October and I will chuck in a extra pack of sandpaper as an apology for making you wait.

Pleased to hear that, hopefully you will find them useful over the winter. I actually plan on getting a few more of the same colour for myself.

How about a national tool register. Such as you give every member a number that corresponds to their user name, and if tools get nicked , borrowed, swiped, or lost anyone buying tools on ebay or such sites can locate the owner an check if they sold or lost them. If every member said put in a 1.00 for registration that would bring in membership and maybe a reward system. I would like to hear you chaps comments.

You know I think that's one of the best suggestions I have ever heard?

I barely have enough time to manage the forum, never mind police and moderate everyones tools but it may work if members upload their own tools and serial numbers to the private area or downloads section so they can be searched by site users? That way everyone can cross reference the tools belonging to everyone else.

If we hear at least 10 approvals I will knock something up. I wouldn't like to charge you guys a fee either, if you can populate the list yourself it would be free of charge.

    Thanks ALROH57

If everyone say payed a nominal pound then that would maybe payed as a reward to a charity maybe to the value of the said tool. Remember if there is something in it for someone it,s a different story. Just thinking out loud. I'm sure other people have great ideas. Hey chaps how many dodgy tools you been offered.

I thought this was a good idea but until I hear some support from others it won't happen as lots of members to enter their own serial numbers. Feel free to try drum up some support.

Also posting a link to your other suggestion I found this morning. I think it went missing as it was in the Chat section and an unpublished article. I rarely find the time to moderate the site these days
