Nice one Moore! Looks very neat although it would look neater if you used a 12" box....

    Default Column Covers

Don't know if you were still looking for pics for FB but if so here are some of our column covers - in our shop and installed in an insurance building in Chicago. We put a flat on the ends of the two 18 degree halves to make it easy to hide the tape when finishing so it's easier to get a perfect round.

I rarely use Facebook these days because nobody was uploading any photo's. Your stuff is cool but your links are broken, try and attach them again or link to a site such as ImageShack or Photobucket. I will be back on again in a few hours if you need any help. Just have some rush hour traffic to survive between now and then...

Does this link do it or do i need to do something else. Should take you to a slideshow with about a dozen pictures of columns

Nice work Fulcrum, although I have to say you're too classy to be on this site! You're showing us all up!

We just make the stuff somebody else does all the hard work installing it - the columns were installed by a company called Thorne out of Chicago. We rarely do the hard work of actually installing it. The only exception was that fifty foot ceiling rose on the other thread and the only reason we ended up installing that one was because the pieces didn't quite fit and it was easier to spend all weekend taping and mudding to hide the bad fit than get killed by the GC when he saw it.
