    same here been hand jointing 28years but really being tempted by the dark side of a few boxes, suprised did not think they did hand jointing in america

    Hand taping is still strong in the states and canuck land. It's when you get into the residential market that machines kick in, (in general) It's a must in some markets if you want to survive in this racket

    Now we have stopped working silly hrs and finished the job, time to catch up with this thread.

    Main showroom ceiling started




    Sparkies fitting the lights




    Floor tiling started and chasing us across the room with the ceiling.
    (the reason, the glass was 2 weeks late going in, finish date was still the same Grrr)

    Tiling and ceiling finished, laminate floor sections fitted and the office furniture fit out crew starting




    They move in, bits an bobs still to do




    Everything and everybody next door to get that done
