    Got a phone call last week asking whether I could fit in three weeks work doing 127room student accommodation, I thought this sounds promising so I said I was interested how much are you paying. 11.60per hour!!! f#%king agency.

    The worst rate i have heard of to date is 80p a m. And yes folk are taking it on

    Steve, I think there's worse to come, M J is supposedly dropping his rates "again"

    And he's only paying 1.60 now!!

    Thats the problem at the moment Brian the good firms are being price out of it by the numpties like MJ and partridge bros, hopefully It will become busy and they won't be able to cope or the good subbies will stay away from them

    MJ has always wanted a monopoly, I've heard it said he wanted it so that anyone who wanted to do Drywall in the South West had to work for him!!!

    Theres a few site starting up here shortly, most of them will have his name on them, but, he hasnt got the labour to do them with....yet.
    Odds on, there will be a whole load of school leavers going through his Drywall school, being paid peanuts and sent up here. god help Drywall in the next few years cos MJ won't
