Yep I currently make a living putting everyone elses crap right, its soul destroying knowing they have been paid for doing crap work but for me at the end of the day its easy money. You do need to know how it was all built to start so you can fix it all, but its pretty simple.

In my particular the rates are very poor, I can do 10hr days on price and only earn the same as I do snagging on day rate. (no brainer)

Im currently doing it also as a trainee, i do enjoy it a little as it is quite easy work, unless you get bastard acute angles to aimz up. But it is a pain knowing the poor boarders and tapers have been paid and produced shoddy work. But if it wernt for them we would have no living i guess. What do you mean in your second bit referring to 10hr days on price or snagging on day rate? + where abouts are you from if you dont mind me asking.

We dont have" make good guys here" ( central Scotland ) you tape a house at an agreed price and if you make an arse of it you go back and fix it if you do it too often you get sacked
