Yeah, all the other images were to big to fit, not sure what they are doing over there in Finland, nice overalls though! notice the total lack of dust, they figure this sander is 9 times better at dust collection when using the abranet products and 3 times when using the deflex. in my unbiased opinion, the best tool currently on the market. (doesn't break driveshafts either!)

Will have to have a look at one when my Flex dies.
Tried that Festool but it's all or nothing with it, and didn't like it.

Festool makes excellent tools, but they didn't seem to get it right with this one, bit too heavy and slow from most accounts. A few people like it though.

I borrowed a mates to try it. It either ripped the boards to pieces, or made little impression, depending on which suction setting you were on.

Sorry about that. We only have a limited database size with the hosting package we're on and the upload file size limit varies for different types of file extensions within the forum software. Once we start bringing in some kind of turnover from advertising instead of hemorrhaging money we could maybe afford an ultra fast dedicated server with infinite space.

Of course, you could get around this problem by hosting your photos elsewhere such as photobucket, imageshack twitpics etc and hotlinking to them from here, then filesize isn't an issue.

    Tony

sounds like you never got to try it with the V2 soft pad its a2 part pad - the original pad on festool was far too hard and did rip the crap outta boards new one solves issues.

With regard to weight issue - festool have responded with a nice looking man bra see attached images, if you can put up with the site piss taking i reckon this could be an answer. another option - i know plenty of planx users that use with out the middle section - this is plenty big enough for walls up to 2.7 m high then just add in the middle section for ceilings.

I didn't have a problem with the weight of it, just the agressiveness of it.
