Can I get some help guys?
We're going to be launching our fiberglass tools June 1. We're are getting some more nasty realizations when it comes to shipping charges. I thought I had this taken care of but it still looks like they want $100.00 to ship a paddle to you guys. I'll get final pricing later this week. Looks like we're going to need a local distributor in the UK and elsewhere in the general region but I haven't had a lot of luck with those investigations. One guy I've contacted hasn't returned my inquiry so I'm asking if you guys can tell me who the best tool distributor is? By best I mean the one that has the absolute best communication, the best follow up for you and knows the most about drywall tools?
You can get a peek of our site at: http://74.86.189.137/
There's nothing to sell yet and the shopping button will be removed on the mesh taper page. Our bigger drywall products will be out later this year.

We're Stylin' now!!!
Gentlemen,
We've entered into a distribution relationship with Marcus and Belmore Tools to furnish all of our tools in the UK and Europe.
We're excited about the relationship as our first products are primarily designed for the application of fiberglass mesh tape (which you use regularly) with tools that are entirely new to the industry. They are completely new designs.
Another benefit to this relationship for us is the level of your professionalism which will allow us to also test market all of our other tools with you first. As I've said before, we have over 18 new tools ranging from our "Lift Grips" http://74.86.189.137/products/liftgrip/ to trailer mounted texture machines.
I know there isn't a great need for texturing in your neighborhood but we do have another machine that I think you are really going to like.
Our tools will have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and a lifetime warrantee.
If you ever have a problem with any of our tools, we provide a 24/7 phone number that goes directly to me any time of the day or night.
We humbly appreciate this great opportunity Belmore offers us and for your future adoption of our tools.
Thank you,
Rick
On a side note: Remember all of those patents I sent in to Alex on the other thread? As time goes by you'll know before anyone else, exactly why I had to do all that research...

Good luck with your joint venture.
Your messages are really important to us
...but not important enough to employ a sufficient number of support staff to answer them.
