    Default Passing the time

    Real-Debrid

If you happen to be like me and are unable to keep a good diary with a plan B and end up twiddling your thumbs for a few days when a client holds a job up, what have you been doing to keep busy?

Yesterday I got a strange request from a friend to help transport some hazardous materials as he had been let down by his first choice of transportation. I had a few sideways glances of bewilderment from other motorists at the large flask strapped into the back of the car which resembled an atom bomb giving off enough steam to melt the ozone.

My only regret was not wearing headwear and a big beard down to my chest which would have surely cleared the road ahead for me and probably had me forced to leave my vehicle at gunpoint.

We made ice cream in seconds yesterday afternoon with liquid nitrogen.

So what have you been up to if you aint working?

PS. I did something even better today. I drank lots of beer and lounged around in the garden.

This week , the same as last I have done sweet F A work wise . My client is waiting for more funds from the bank to enable them to finnish 1 of 3 3.5million town houses.

So I have ripped all the gutters of the house,
barrowed 4 cubic metres of ballast from front drive to rear .
dug & concreated a shed base,
made 2 of the panels for shed,
dug a 30 metre trench for power supply

& preped my race bike for a enduro on sunday

I cant wait to get back to work for a bit of a breathe

Walking a 6 mile charity fundraiser tomorrow with my eldest kid and his grandma. I hope the good weather keeps up.

Donations to Headway East Lothian would be kindly accepted.
