    Started sanding & sealing areas for the chippies to get flooring and kitchen in. That is just 1 coat of Lafarge Universal Sealer straight from the tub.



    Have got to install Herakustik tiles over the gaps in the ceilings, to absorb the noise of the ankle biters.

    All the small windows have an extra detail, 75mm in from the frame, making an extra external angle to fix & joint.

    Heraklith boards fixed, and i'm now doing the decorating as their painter let them down.






    How sexy is that L-trim up against the beams?

    That's the sun going down into the sea off Lands End. Been lovely here the last few days. I'm still in shorts.
