I am decorating a flat at nights and weekends just now. 2 rooms are to be done with blown vinyl paper but its been sooo long since I done decorating for anyone that I'm completely out of touch with prices. How much is ok to charge per roll?
Thanks in advance

I used to price wallpaper at an hour a roll. So thats 7.50 a roll.

Thanks Tony. How long ago was that?

The 7.50 was a joke mate, but an hour is a safe figure to work to. If it's one window and a door to cut round and average sized rooms, it's a steady days work.

I thought as much ! Yeah, 1window and 2doors in each, 8 rolls of paper in each too. Its a friend of a friend I'm doing it for so he's happy to let me batter on just now and bill him after. Dont want to take the p*ss though! Cheers

15 per roll is a fair rate.

I used to love wallpapering. All that wide vinyl on commercial jobs. 1.25 a metre labour only (1990)

Did a lot of the wide vinyl too, although cant remember how much we got. Job Centres and Post Offices we done, mainly on shiteshift.
