I am working driving machines at the moment, but want to get into taping and jointing since I want a change in career. In the nice warm indoors. :p Are there any courses just for taping and jointing NVQ or otherwise, or do you have to do a drylining course with taping and jointing included? I'm only interested in taping and jointing and am concerned if I take a drylining course it won't spend enough time on taping and jointng for me to learn it properly.

Welcome to the forum,

By BG do you mean British Gypsum or someone else? When you say lafarge do you mean this company http://www.siniat.co.uk/ ? They used to be called Lafarge Plasterboard apparently. Cheers.

Better than what I'm doing now ( driving machines ) that's why I want to do it.
