Everybody on here, sands the internal corners with the triangular head attachment on their new Flex Vario Plus drywall sanders - In our dreams, that is.

Someone must break soon and buy one!
Sorry Marcus to much for me that moment, all spare money being sucked by my house.
Must continue to dream!
I'm such a tool whore.
Back on topic
I use flex edge foam pad on stick to clean up internals and reveals and foam sanding block for corners.

Stuff that looks a lovely bit of kit but can it be that good, 250 sanding sponges off eBay for £25 and my old porter cable will have to do.

Make your triangle pads
A pair of sissors and an old pad.
Just an idea.

I have been told that when you switch to corner sanding it makes the whole machine vibrate like mad.

I clean internal 90's with a pole sander tuned to be flush on one side, with a 1 mil proud edge on the sandpaper ( I'll post a picture when the camera capable of Macro photography gets here) but, if I am in a rush, I run a true'd 5" knife down the corner to square it, same for 3ways. Using a like new 5" as a cabinet scraper has made corners much easier. When sanding I find that 2- 4 strokes with a super sander pole are all that a corner needs. my 4" corner finisher may have something to do with that result though. ...and our softer North American compound.
Plumb and Level are the framer's perogative ...I can give you flat and straight... www.lightrocktaping.com
