we bought one of these last year, unlike the BTE flusher you can't press the paper out, right up into the corners or up from the floor and it doesn't seem to smooth over as well as metal flusher, this may be because it needs breaking in with a few hours use,we bought it nearly new for a tenner on gumtree, having said that for £30.00 new it's worth a punt.

I've got one of these things, theyre a good stop gap if your angle head is out of commission. Yes, they are plastic so they tend to leave the odd thick edge if theres an angle which isn't exactly 90 degrees. One bit of advice- dont put too much mud on when your rolling over the tape with the painters corner roller. It will take an age to dry! Simply roll it on like you are rolling paint, ie sparingly. I tend just to use it for garages and firetaping now but for £30 its handy to keep in your toolbox

Its quite a sturdy tool, Turrican, and while it may take the odd nick off a screw head, you're only gonna be using it for 1st coating, eh? Its going to have to be a big screw head to take a dunt out of it.
