Hi from New Zealand
Hi all, Im from NZ and have been a member of Drywalltalk for a few years and copping many a sheep shagging joke from 2Buckcanuck, And i can you tell its not true, Thats scotlands favourite past time
Im a trade cert painter and decorator and interior plasterer, Or stopper as we are called in NZ, Self employed for 13years, Just a one man band with a helper sometimes.
I have most machine tools for drywall and sprayers etc for painting.
NZ is mostly setting/hotmuds and one airdry top coat, all by hand, but the machine tools and airdry muds are slowly getting used more, We only have one brand of board which is GIB.
Anyway, Im not sure how much time i will have to post on here as i have an 8month old baby girl and the Mrs dosnt like me spending too much on the computer, Fair enough.
I just checked in to read a few threads so thought why not sign up and be one of the few if only Kiwi on this forum, So Hello everyone.

Thanks for the welcome guys, Fire away and feel free to ask me anything, And i will prob confuse the hell out out of you, Im a bit of an over thinker and a bit fussy sometimes but not to the point of being a pain in ass, I have and run all the autotools, Bazooka, Mudrunner, compound tubes, mudheads, cornice heads, angle heads, Boxes etc, I have Goldblatt, tapetech, Drywallmaster, Tapeworm, Northstar, Canam, and a couple of BTE handles, Its a mixed kit but they all have there good points. Been running Sheetrock taping and midweight for a while, We have some hamiltons but i havent tryed it, and our main brand, GIB.
I run a grace 490 airless and wagner F8000 Hvlp for painting as well so it all keeps me amused.
