Thats good news TT, and nice to see you back after your long lockout. Like David says, hopefully a bit of momentum will return to the building trade and blow this direction. So many good tradesmen have had a right good kicking over the last 3 years.
Rates are still kack but prices will go back up when demand outstrips supply.
Doing some work but still seeing false promises and carrying out too many pricing excercises.Your messages are really important to us

The sad part of that Wallpaul, is that some tube WILL accept and do it for £2 a metre.

The problem is guys got to work and the big wigs know this..I have been working for crap money lately and on the sites the standard has to be really good as only being sent in whenits sold. Tend to be doing more comercial work now shops and offices. West of Scotland just doesn't seem to be picking up much

Work is definitely picking up. Got £3 pm labour only without sanding for 250 meters of walls and ceilings plus 150m style trim @ 1.50 pm. Job on next week for 3.50 supply.just building contacts and starting out on our own so not a bad start. Can only wish this continues. 👍
