    Default Hi all am new here

    hi all am new here just looking for a bit of advice really i have been doing this for bout 10 years now now and in the past year i have changed to using gyproc joint filler over the easi fill as i find it harder and less inclined to cracked the only probalem i have with it is everytime i use it my thorat becomes sore and that is without sanding could it be the material, having lime in it aswell or just dry air in the house has anyone else had this problem would be very interested to know

    Welcome to the forum. I have never had that propblem when using powder fillers. I suggest you wear a mask when mixing.

    Welcome. I never had problems with sore throats, just hacked hands during the winter months. Im not really sure if there is lime in our gear, but there are no doubt a few surprises that could irritate you.
