    Default leyland trade paints

anyone a fan of using leyland paints? only leyland paint ive ever used is the pliolite but came across the Leyland Trade High Gloss Brilliant White 2.5Ltr @ 14.37 including vat which is awfully cheap for gloss well compared to the dulux and glidden that my local paint shop stocks.

also the Leyland Trade Undercoat White 2.5 Ltr @ 13.32 a tin including vat

is it cheap for a reason???

It's ok actually but Johnsons is better and should be a similar price. I bought some Dulux Trade
brilliant white u/c & gloss today and only paid 16 and a bit plus vat for 2.5 litres.

i dunno i find dulux/glidden to be the better product and crown to be piss especially emulsion wise 1 coat dulux is the equivilant of 2 coats of crown. more body in the dulux

at the end of the day theyr all owned by one company now noticed the dulux emulsion get thinner used to be almost jelly now its more water thats since crown took over was curious as to how you can pickup 2.5L gloss and 2.5L undercoat for under 30 where with 2.5 dulux gloss your almost 35-40

At my local ICI Decorator Centre. I hardly use them anymore but still get good discount when I do.

The bathroom is a different world however and in a multi-person family; everyone wants to use it.

well i made an order with tool station on friday and still waiting for it to come but. if its worth 13-14 for 2.5 litres then its more than a bargain to be honest concidering some of the prices for other similar products. then it could be massive savings i suppose people stick to what they know quite alot rather than trying other products?
