Fiba tape nightmare
used wall 2 wall fiba tape in a 4 bed house,its a yellow bag with green writing,absolute nightmare,edges showing through my 10 inching,only way i could think of to hide it was to cover with paper tape.other 4 guys that work with us are having the same problem.

Still got a few rolls of that left in the van. Chucked about 1 in 6 away and what i used,rarely used a full roll before slinging it. Some of the scrim the last 5 years or so has been bloody shockng tbh.....

currently using " euro scrim " not sure who makes it but its really good, sticks on and doesn't "frey" at the edges

one of my mates is using cheap shite that his subbie supplies, apparently after about 2 rooms it starts falling off the walls and ceilings so he has to do one or two joins then come behind straight away with the joint filler, f**k that!

Just use paper!!!
Dont think we would get away we fiba up here!!
But at this time off the year it would help as its getting like 2 weeks before u can get it boxed out!!! Then another week before finish boxed!
Just aswell i'm busy and houses r huge!!
Got a 14 bedroom 1 thats just got the kit going up
I hear they have 12 kids

had a wee ceiling to do last weekend so went to b&q to pick up skrim , metal and paper tape what a waste of money was that
