Where you guys getting your sanding discs? Which brand would you recommend ?, been using full circle for a few years without any issue . Some places were doing deals on them ( buy 5 get I pack free type of thing) but can't find them any more.

We sell both! The full circle are also good discs, but not as good as they used to be as they are made in far east, ours are made In scandanavia and some in UK, quality control tends to be a bit better http://www.belmoretools.com/acatalog...ing_Discs.html

I just fitted a new backing pad and thought I would give the red disc that came with it a whirl instead of my usual yellow ones. The red one is 150 grit my normal yellow 100 and I have to say I found the red much better to use, this might also be due to a new backing pad being fitted but it was much better to use.

Just to add to this I just sanded the third house with this ONE disc all 4 bedders too, Its shagged now and did struggle a bit on the last one towards the end but still great longevity.

Are you saying you've sanded 3 houses with the same disc????

Or 1 disc for each house?

our sander uses 3 discs per house!

Yes I did 3 houses with one disc I prefere them once worn in a bit they take too much off when new. It is tru though the neeter you joint the longer they last. If I had the time to hand tape a house I would sand it with a pole and probably quicker too. Your sanding boy only uses so many because he isnt paying for them.
