I got a 36 mud tube from Belmore and got a good deal, Cheers Marcus. The mud tube I got was a tapepro distributed by Trimtex . The reason I chose this was because it comes apart and is held together by thumb screws so can be stripped in seconds for a quick clean up when used with fast set or easyfill.

Mud tube
Hi Marcus the tube itself is ok, cleans up easy, easy to re-assemble and very happy. The main problem is the red diamond external corner applicator , it does not leave enough mud on the joint for metal corner tape or straight flex. I have thinned it out but its still the same. Plenty comes out but it is just on the top edge of the paper. Can you suggest anything as I like it, but not for the tapes that I am using at the moment. Was thinking of getting a nylon combed one. ALAN
