Default Construction blacklister fined 5000 pounds

Ian Kerr, the private detective who operated a blacklist of 3123 construction workers used by construction companies to vet staff, has been fined only 5000.

Makes you wonder if everythings not quite as it seems when someone can't find a job, no matter how hard they try. He should have been fined a lot more and been given a jail sentence IMHO. What do you think?

If I was the judge presiding over my kangaroo court I would make him personally apologise to every single one of the construction workers, their angry wives and starving kids. Otherwise I would sentence him to 20 years of sanding.

Wonder how much he was paid for that list as it never said?
