Carlyon Bay. Might take a day and a half as there is no coving. Come give me a hand if you like, I'm doing it on my own.

Tony, I cannot put into words how jealous I am!
    You lucky, lucky, lucky b*****d!
I'd crawl across broken glass to do a job like that, you must have an excellent reputation in Cornwall 'cos you seem to get some quite sexy jobs!

Level 5 skim coat nearly done. Taken 18 tubs of Smartmix to do upstairs, and there's still the Gym above the garage to board & tape yet.

Sanding & spraying the sealer over the next few days, then back in December for the ground floor.

ground floor will be more as it's 2.7m ceiling height. Luckily they're getting 2.7m boards for me.

    ..and sealed.

Sanded with 220 grit paper with the Flex. Then checked with a light and any swirls removed with pole. Dusted down and sprayed with Lafarge Universal Sealer. Covers shit hot that stuff.
