    Default Drywall Sander

    Real-Debrid

My Porter Cable sander is now eating through carbon brushes faster than a fat kid with an ice cream! (1 set in less than 6 hours )

Would I be correct in saying the Armature Field is breaking down and requires replacing or is it likely to be something else causing the problem?

Was that meant to be a link to this... http://www.belmoretools.co.uk/acatal...tic_Field.html

    Or this... http://www.belmoretools.co.uk/acatalog/Armature.html

Guessing I will go for the Armature field first and hope it's that!
