plaster boards
Do any of you lads use 3 meter boards? reboarded my lounge the other day it was a pleasure not having to drop any cuts in as with 2.4 s most of the time

If the room hight is over 2.4 then longer boards should be used. Saying that ive done a 3m high apartment with a rip around the whole flat!

3 metre boards happy days no cross joint! also 2.7 m are handy as most grid ceiling heights in the fit outs i do are 2.6-2.7m easier for the boarder and taper and no waste. speaking of which did you ever wonder why the horizontal edge of the board is not tapered too? now that would be the business. i know its to do with the boards are mass made and they are on some kinda long conveyer machine that gives them a tapered edge on the sides and are cut to length but it would be handy!

yea it would be nice. when i need to board out im going to order the bigger boards wish id tryed them befor
